Billy Riley passed on Monday, August 24, 2026 at Lane Regional Medical Center. Survivors include: Wife, Bridget S. Riley, Baker, Louisiana, Children, Sabrina Eugene (Carl), Tallahassee, Florida; Brianna Riley Brown, New Orleans, Louisiana; Lionel and Tiffany Riley, LaPlace, Louisiana; Davis and Jason Sims, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, sons whom he loved as his own. Siblings: Bobbie McCaskil, Metairie, Louisiana; Yvonne Clay (Richard), Kenner, Louisiana; Michael Riley (Carolyn), Hoover, Alabama; and McDaniel (Cherry), Ethel, Louisiana, 15 grandchildren, one great-grandchild; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents and five siblings. Arrangements entrusted to Miller & Daughter Mortuary.
